Keep control without carrying wet loads

Use washing and drying in one premises
Moving wet laundry between different facilities is heavy and inconvenient. Our on-site washing machines and tumble dryers let you complete both stages at the same Enfield premises. Before starting, sort colours that may run and check the care labels for suitable temperatures and drying instructions. Don't overload a machine simply to fit everything into one cycle, as clothing and linen need room to move. Keep delicate fabrics and items that cannot be tumble dried separate. This customer-led option gives you direct control over the cycles you use while removing the need to carry a wet load elsewhere for drying.
Choose between self-led and managed care
This service is different from handing over a managed load. You use the on-site machines and make the decisions about sorting, wash settings and dryer use. If you don't want to stay with the laundry or manage the cycles yourself, ask us about a service wash instead. We can also complete washing, suitable drying and folding as one managed order. Think about the time you have, the size of the load and the care needed before choosing. Where an item has a specialist label, structured shape or delicate decoration, show it to us rather than placing it into an ordinary cycle without checking.

Frequently asked questions
Do we operate the machines ourselves?
Yes, this is the customer-led washing and drying option. You sort the laundry, check the labels and select suitable settings. If you want us to manage the load, ask about our separate service wash.
Can everything go into a tumble dryer?
No. Check each care label and keep out anything marked against tumble drying. Delicate materials, decorated items and some structured garments may need another drying method or a specialist cleaning route.
Why should we avoid overloading a machine?
Laundry needs room to move during washing and drying. A tightly packed load may not process effectively. Split a large volume into suitable loads rather than forcing everything into one machine.
