Hand over the washing and drying

A service wash suits days when the laundry basket is full but you don't have time to process everything yourself. Bring us your everyday clothing, towels or bed linen and we'll manage the washing and drying for you. We provide three confirmed load choices: 9kg for £17, 13kg for £20 and 18kg for £25. The right option depends on the amount and type of laundry rather than how tightly a bag can be packed. Before we start, tell us about stains, fabrics needing lower temperatures or anything that should not enter a tumble dryer. This gives us the information needed to handle the load appropriately.

Choose a load size without guesswork

A smaller load may suit regular clothing, while the larger choices can help with a fuller household wash or bulkier linen. We can look at the volume at handover and discuss the suitable service wash size. Please separate light and dark colours where colour transfer is a concern, and keep delicate or specialist-care garments apart. We identify the agreed load and processing requirements before washing. Once the cycle and drying are complete, your laundry is held for collection. If bringing it back isn't convenient, ask us about adding driver collection and delivery.

Can we include delicate items in the same load?

Please keep delicate garments separate and show us their care labels before processing. Some items may need a different temperature, drying method, wet-cleaning process or specialist route rather than the standard service wash.

Does a service wash include collection?
