Tell us what the load contains, which care you need and where access may be restricted. We can then collect the prepared bags and take them for the agreed processing. Washing, drying and folding can form one order, while ironing, dry cleaning and household textile care can be added where suitable. Once everything is complete, we arrange return delivery so you don't have to transport clean or wet laundry yourself.
Clear arrangements before collection day
Collection and delivery carries a confirmed £4 charge. The underlying service is priced according to the load, garment type and finish you request. Before pickup, separate specialist garments from ordinary laundry and point out stains, delicate fabrics or care-label concerns. Please also share your collection address, postcode and any gate, parking or entry instructions. We check the requested care at handover and route each part of the order correctly. This reduces uncertainty and helps us return regular laundry, pressed garments and household items in an organised way.
